3. Tarot Readings

Tarot readings are for spiritual insight, reflection, intuitive guidance, and personal perspective.

4. Ritual Oils and Products

Ritual oils and spiritual products are created for spiritual, ritual, and personal use.

All oils are for external use only. Do not ingest. Avoid contact with eyes, mouth, sensitive areas, broken skin, children, and pets. Patch test before use. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

Dark Sorceress is not responsible for allergic reactions, skin sensitivities, misuse, improper storage, or failure to follow safety instructions.

Ritual oils are spiritual tools and do not replace medical, legal, financial, psychological, or professional care.

5. Ritual Work and Consultations

Custom ritual work requires a Ritual Work Consultation before acceptance.

The consultation is used to assess your request, intention, emotional charge, and whether ritual work is spiritually appropriate, ethical, and aligned.

Payment for a consultation does not guarantee that your ritual work request will be accepted.

If your request is accepted, the consultation fee may be credited toward your Ritual Prescription as stated at the time of booking.

Dark Sorceress reserves the right to decline any ritual work request for any reason, including but not limited to requests involving coercion, domination, revenge without discernment, pregnancy predictions, fear-based spiritual panic, harm, manipulation, or overriding another person’s free will.

6. Dark Goddess Sessions

Dark Goddess Sessions are spiritual coaching-style sessions for reflection, embodiment, glamour magic integration, personal power, desire, self-possession, and aligned action.

They are not therapy, mental health treatment, medical care, legal advice, financial advice, or divination unless explicitly stated.

You are responsible for your choices, actions, and integration after the session.

7. Memberships and Community Spaces

Persephone’s Descent, Altar Talk, and any community offerings are intended for spiritual education, reflection, ritual conversation, and community connection.

Membership access, pricing, included materials, live calls, replays, and resources may change at any time.

You are responsible for managing your membership subscription. If you wish to cancel, you must do so before your next billing date.

Community spaces may have participation guidelines. Disrespectful, harmful, abusive, invasive, discriminatory, or disruptive behavior may result in removal without refund.

8. Payments

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.

Payment is required before products are shipped, readings are delivered, services are booked, or membership access is granted.

Prices may change at any time. Previously purchased products or services will not be retroactively discounted.

9. Refunds and Cancellations

Due to the spiritual, digital, custom, and energetic nature of these offerings, all sales are generally final.

Refunds are not provided for missed appointments, unused membership access, dissatisfaction with a spiritual message, failure to read product descriptions, or changes of mind.

If a service must be rescheduled, please provide notice as early as possible. Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in forfeiture of the session.

10. Shipping and Product Handling

Physical products will be shipped to the address provided at checkout.

Dark Sorceress is not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses, delivery delays, lost packages, stolen packages, weather damage, or issues caused by the shipping carrier.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.
